If you choose to cancel
At more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting Aros Cruises ApS directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.
At less than 24 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another side.
